  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories

Note: Certain items such as personal care products, perishables, or customized items may not be eligible due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

  • Used or damaged items due to customer handling

  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • If the return is for other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


5. Refund Process

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after you provide your details.


6. Exchanges
